Enjoy a quiet stay in our three newly remodeled cottages. Each unit provides a cozy space with views from every window that capture the beauty of a small working thoroughbred farm.
Conveniently located only 10 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park, 5 miles from the quaint historic town of Georgetown, and 30 minutes from some of Kentucky's greatest bourbon distilleries. For Wildcat fans, Rupp Arena in downtown Lexington is only 15 miles away.
The cottages feature well-appointed rooms that include a comfortable living room, quaint dining space, kitchenette, bedroom area, and a spacious bathroom with a beautiful vanity and a large tiled shower.
Our guests are welcome to walk the property, excluding access to the horse barn. Then find a peaceful spot to sit, relax, and take in the views.

Pictures don't do justice for how beautiful this place was; it was like something out of a Hallmark movie. The cleanliness, hospitality, location, and cabin are everything you would want in a getaway in the heart of Kentucky. Rural feel but within minutes of quaint Georgetown and Lexington. James was an excellent host, and extremely accomodating. We will be staying here on our next visit to Kentucky!

This is a fantastic, private get-a-way. The views from the property are amazing in all directions. The cottage was extremely clean and very cozy. My wife and I love the location of the property as it is very close to a popular brewery, downtown Georgetown and even an easy drive to Lexington. It feels like a remote location but with plenty to do. Jim was a great communicator and was quick to respond to a couple of requests I made. Also, the checkin and checkout processes were extremely easy.

This was a little slice of heaven for our family! The space was beautiful and we loved being in horse country! This experience was southern hospitality at its best and beats staying at a hotel any day! We will most definitely being staying here again!
